FIELD: hypoxic therapy. SUBSTANCE: invention aims at treating and preventing recurrences of cardiovascular system diseases, allergic conditions, and also non-specific chronic pulmonary abnormalities. For that aim, hypoxytherapy is carried out with hypoxic mixture containing 10.5-7.5% oxygen and 89.5-92.5% nitrogen while oxygen level is gradually lowered from 10.5 to 7.5% in the course of 10-20 treatment episodes. Hypoxia period duration is 3-5 min and that of atmosphere air reoxygenation 3-5 min within the same treatment episode. EFFECT: accelerated treatment and increased hypoxytherapy efficiency in treatment of cerebrovascular afflictions. 2 tbl, 4 ex
