FIELD: devices for closing of tire punctures. SUBSTANCE: device is portable and hand-operated. It has elongated plugging member of definite length for closing puncture in tire and made in the form of conical penetrating member. Plugging member is connected with detail of its motion and introduction to tire puncture. The detail is made in the form of long shank connected with its one end to handle and having central hole in its other end. The detail has the first surface of joint running in axial direction from shank other end. Conical penetrating member is made with screw thread for passing the tire puncture by its boring, with ear located behind the base of penetrating member and with at least one second joint surface running in axial direction for contacting the first surface, installation through ear and folding of member round it with subsequent placing of folded member into central hole of shank up to stop at shank other end. The device has fastening detain for installation of folded plugging member in middle positioned between shank other end and handle after installation of plugging member into shank hole and for bringing in contact with penetrating member by means of central hole in shank, forced displacement of penetrating member from shank other end, displacement of shank other end and after passing of penetrating member through tire wall and introduction of loop of plugging member by means of penetrating member from shank central hole.
