FIELD: vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a track-type welding robot. The robot is comprised of an adjustable magnetic attracting module (9), wheel and track travelling gears (2), a track frame (1) and a welding suspension (11). The welding suspension (11) is located on the track frame (1). The wheel and track travelling gears (2) are located at two opposite ends of the track frame (1) to provide power for moving on the tracks of the track frame (1). The adjustable magnetic attracting module (9) is located on the track frame (1) between two wheel and track travelling gears (2). The track-type welding robot is equipped with wheel and track travelling gears (2) for moving on tracks without rails or guides, has a broad weldability range, can move on the surface of large- and medium-sized flat or curvilinear structural elements subject to connection by welding, can move vertically on tracks along a wall and can connect by welding while moving forward or backward so that large- and medium-sized structural members are connected by welding in all positions, the auxiliary time of connection by welding can be significantly reduced, and the cost efficiency of manufacture can be increased. In the track-type robot, the value of magnetic adhesive force can be adjusted by an adjustable magnetic attracting module (9), so that it can move on tracks on flat and curvilinear surfaces with large curvature and is highly adaptable to manufacturing conditions.
EFFECT: track-type welding robot that can connect large- and medium-sized structural members by welding in all positions.
