SUBSTANCE: method includes implantation of artificial eye lens with fixation in crystalline capsule; implantation upon expiration of 4-6 months of additional elastic or solid artificial lens to the front of the first artificial eye lens. Focal power of additional elastic or solid artificial lens corresponds to required one for correction of residual hypermetropia. Elastic artificial lens is implanted through 3-mm incision with fixation in crystalline capsule. Solid artificial lens is implanted through 6-mm incision with fixation in sulcus of ciliary body.
