FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing two artificial intraocular lenses having diametrically opposite supporting members sequentially into capsule sack. Cylindrical eye lens having diametrically opposite supporting members is introduced. The supporting members are arranged in parallel or in perpendicular to astigmatism axis. Then, optical part of additional eye lens is introduced placing it in front of the optical part of the cylindrical eye lens. The supporting members of the additional eye lens is fixed inside of capsule ring arranging them cross-wise with respect to supporting members of the cylindrical eye lens. EFFECT: increased refraction effect in postsurgical period.
