FIELD: road-building machines, applicable for machining of uncongealed concrete surfaces, in particular, for machining of floors, walks, motor transport parking places and the like pavements. SUBSTANCE: the rotary smoothing machine has a connecting frame, two additional frames connected to the frame, two engines installed on the additional frames and kinematically connected to the working members by means of drives with flexible links and reduction gears. Casings are attached to the additional frames. The control system has two control handles, each of them is attached to the respective additional frame with the aid of a device designed for adjustment of the angle of handle inclination to the additional frame. Coaxially installed on the opposite sides of each additional frame are two cylindrical journals, whose longitudinal axes are perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the working member. The knock-down connecting frame consists of three separate members: the upper, front and rear ones. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency due to expanded field of application and simplified construction. 5 dwg
