FIELD: construction industry.
SUBSTANCE: smoothing device consists of vertical drive shaft, down shaft and working shaft. Smoothing disk is attached to vertical drive shaft which is installed on body. Down shaft is connected with vertical drive shaft through gear mechanisms. Working shaft is connected with down shaft through gear mechanisms and is connected with smoothing disk. Vibration exciters consisting of motors, and on the shaft of which eccentric weights are located, are installed additionally on opposite sides from working shaft axis. Axes of eccentric weights are parallel to smoothing disk plane and are directed to opposite sides, besides working shaft is hinged so that it can deviate from its axis.
EFFECT: increasing smoothing quality of concrete mixtures and enlarging fields of device's application for smoothing stiff and plastic concrete mixtures using one device with rotary and rotary-and-impact smoothing modes.
