FIELD: mobile communication network with large number of terminals. SUBSTANCE: terminals are given to specific user or subordinated to specific user by means of chip card inserted into terminal set. Voice or information exchange between at least two terminals can be initiated in mobile communication network. Mobile network includes at least one central station for controlling message exchange, while each message is designed as data transmission upon which data packets with standard initial data fields are transmitted. Additional services that are processed using special technology which is accessible only to authorized users involve additional identification code added to initial field of data. Central system which is assigned to central station and at least some terminals have tools for generation of message which are equipped with identification code. Central system for additional services as well authorized terminals or chip card are equipped with additional filter, preferably using software, for identification of identification code. EFFECT: possibility to transmit arbitrary bit flows in transparent GSM phase 2 mode, as well as to send data and instructions to be executed to authorized user, or to receive such data from user. 10 cl, 8 dwg
