SUBSTANCE: first subscriber with first communication terminal informs communication system for instance by means of SIM card residing in terminal about his desire to establish communication with at least one other subscriber having other terminal whereupon connections are made through local gateway and through gateways of call destination points, with network bus affording communications at lowest cost. Local gateway and gateways of destination points are checked during entire period of communications and their evaluation is such that current rate to first terminal of calling subscriber is as low as possible.
