FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing lesion foci to ultraviolet radiation of 280-320 nm wavelength. Initial treatment dose is selected to be equal to 0.01-0.025 J/sq.cm. The dose is increased every 2-4 procedures by 0.01-0.03 J/sq.cm up to maximum value of 0.1-0.55 J/sq.cm. The first 8-10 procedures are given 4 times a week, then 2-3 times a week and once a week at the end of treatment course during 1-2 months. The whole treatment course is 60-100 procedures long. Melagininum plus preparation is additionally administered as external applications once a day. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 2 cl
