FIELD: automobile industry. SUBSTANCE: installation has moving carriage, high-pressure containers, matrices with through holes, devices for moving of containers, turning of matrices, loading of tires and for removing of reprocessed material. Installation is provided with hydraulic cylinders for pressing of containers to matrices. It also includes device for removal of rubber-cord bunch remnants. The device is essentially knife arrangements positioned on power frame. Matrix turning device is provided with carrier and rests. Moving carriage is fitted with swinging rest and roller rests.
