FIELD: re-processing of tyres. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for re-processing of tyres, including those reinforced by metal elements, for separation and grinding of rubber. It can be used for separation and grinding of components of rubberized-cloth articles. Proposed plant consists of hydraulic press with sealing plunger, movable carriage, high- pressure containers, dies with through holes and with gear wheel on one of axles, cutters for removing rubber-cord braids, hydraulic cylinders for pressing containers to dies and devices for moving containers, turning dies over loading tyres and removing material after processing, all mounted on load-bearing frame of plant. Die turn-over mechanism has pusher, vertical side guides, hydraulic cylinder to provide vertical displacement of pusher, gear rack with hydraulic cylinder to displace rack in engagement with die gear wheel. Die supports are found in rectangular slots of left-hand and right-hand supports of carriage and are installed for combined movement together with carriage along guide of frame. Clearance between lower surface of carriage table and upper surface of die holder is such that maximum angle of deflection of die from horizontal position keeps angular deflection of die gear wheel, when it is butt-joined with gear rack, within maximum tolerable limits.
