FIELD: recycling of automobile tyres. SUBSTANCE: device has movable carriage for mounting containers; the carriage is connected with power frame of press by means of bed provided with guides. Matrices are mounted for movement along these guides and have boards. Through holes are placed inside the grooves uniformly onto the surface along concentric circles or at vertexes of regular triangles. The holes are made in form of two crossing conic surfaces, which have vertexes being directed toward. Matrix perforation coefficient is chosen from the relation given in the description of the invention. Each matrix turnover unit is made in form of gear-wheel, which is connected rigidly with matrix, as well as by means of gear-wheel and rack, which are fixed to carriage and to the bed correspondingly. Gear-wheel of the matrix can interact sequently with these units. EFFECT: improved efficiency. 2 dwg
