FIELD: rubber industry; reprocessing of worn-out and substandard tyres of vehicles reinforced by metal elements. SUBSTANCE: device has working member in form of two parallel rotating drums with cams, housing with grid secured under drums and loading and discharge chutes. Working member is made in form of rotating cone with vertical axis of rotation and provided with continuous riffled surface. Housing in made in form of fixed cone with riffled surface with interruption on form of sector where loading and discharge zones are located. Riffles on cones are arranged over generatrices square to direction of displacement of machined material. Fixed riffled cone is provided with adjustable spring. Entry part of riffled surface of fixed cone is made widening from side of loading of initial material. First two riffles are made with height increasing from 0.5 h to 0.66 h where h is nominal height of riffles. Movable cone is provided with plane ring flat with projection over periphery over entire perimeter. Vertex of movable cone is provided with chamfer in form of inclined plane. Guide strip is installed on vertical wall of loading chute. EFFECT: improved reliability in operation, simple design, high capacity. 3 dwg
