FIELD: space engineering; mating spacecraft under weightlessness conditions. SUBSTANCE: device has housing with first and second differential mechanisms mounted on it, as well as two torque mechanisms which are kinematically interconnected and are also connected with electric drive. One torque mechanism may be used in shock absorbing mode and second mechanism may be used in mating mode which makes it possible to select required magnitude of force at shock absorbing. EFFECT: reduced loads on structure of long-term station in servicing this station. 2 cl, 1 dwg
