FIELD: astronautics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the space equipment, in particular to the space crafts (SC) docking devices. Docking mechanism comprises the movable housing connected to the docking mechanism base by two-stage rotational hinge, tie-rods and electromagnetic brakes, bar with a head and latches, which is installed with possibility of movement relative to the movable housing, located in the movable housing ball-screw transducer, associated with it axial shock absorber with the first friction brake, electric drive connected to the first frictional brake through the locking clutch. Into the axial shock absorber the second friction brake is introduced, coaxial to the first friction brake, associated with it and with the ball screw converter. Two-stage rotational hinge is installed in the movable housing base. Docking mechanism angular movements movable limiter is introduced, which is installed with possibility of translational movement in linear bearings along the movable housing surface along its longitudinal axis, and pressed by the compression springs.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is possibility of the docking mechanism angular movements limiting relative to the passive unit during docking to the passive unit with the shortened receiving cone.
