FIELD: space engineering; spacecraft docking control systems. SUBSTANCE: device includes enabling signal unit and disabling signal unit which are connected with inputs of memory unit with two stable states whose output is connected with input of AND gate. Other inputs of AND gate are connected with sensor showing state of actuating mechanism of docking unit and actuating signal output unit. Device is also provided with pulse counter, pulse shaper and NOT gate connected in series and OR gate. One input of OR gate is connected with output of NOT gate and other input is connected with output of AND gate; input of pulse counter is connected with actuating signal output unit.
