SUBSTANCE: device has X-ray TV apparatus which provides accumulation of information on target of converter of X-ray shadow images, which serves as radiation detector. Accumulation and reading of information on target of converter of X-ray shadow images are separated in time. Video signal which corresponds to produced longitudinal tomography image is converted to digital form by means of analog-to-digital converter and sent to mini computer which has digital signal processing tools to be subjected to three-dimensional filtration using known methods.
