SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes carriage mounted with possibility of controlled motion along direction parallel relative to axes of cylindrical rolls. Pushing device is mounted on carriage. Apparatus also has pushing plate joined with pushing device, pushing members resting upon pushing plate and panel. Panel includes at least one anchor passing through pushing plate. Free end of anchor has abutment that may rest upon rear surface of pushing plate.
