SUBSTANCE: plant has casing whose walls are provided with sealing device for reducing pressure in zone between casing wall and working surface of respective roll and between two ducts in such a way that gas flow fed through duct arranged upstream according to rotation direction of said roll was directed out of casing and gas flow fed through duct arranged downstream according to rotation direction of roll was directed to side of casting space.
