SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of lingot member surface; nickel plating in aqueous solution of nickel sulfamate with use of lingot member as cathode; partial or full removal of nickel from lingot member surface with use of lingot member in the form of anode and electrolyte containing nickel from 60 to 100 g/l and sulfamic acid from 20 to 80 g/l, and repeated nickel plating of surface with preliminary preparation of bare copper surface, if required.
