SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes elastic sleeve with cylindrical outer surface. Cone insert is mounted in central opening of sleeve. Cone insert engages with cone surface of sleeve and it has cylindrical guiding portion and lengthwise through groove. T-shaped member screwed in to left portion of sleeve may simultaneously engage with part and with carrier pin of machine tool stock. Inside sleeve between bottom of central opening and end of insert compression spring is arranged. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of fastened parts, enhanced operational conditions, increased useful life period of parts. 1 dwg
