FIELD: machine engineering, possibly elastic grinding of different blanks, particularly deburring (with variable allowance) periphery and undercut ends of parts such as bodies of revolution, for example of pulleys. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of in-feed grinding of periphery and ends of parts by moving part according to predetermined motion path and arranging petal-type grinding tool in working zone embracing said part; then simultaneously grinding periphery and undercut ends of part. Grain size of petal tool for grinding periphery of part is less than grain size of its portions for grinding part ends. EFFECT: enlarged manufacturing possibilities, increased efficiency of grinding process due to simultaneous grinding of periphery and ends of part. 1 dwg
