SUBSTANCE: device for storing and supplying of gas consists of gas bottle capable of keeping gas under high pressure and provided with member for connecting gas supply device to gas supply hole, and gas delivery rate control device. Gas reservoir in device is toroidal is shape. It has metal toroidal housing provided with winding taking up tensile load. Winding is made of high-strength nonmetallic fiber. Winding fibers are orientated in meridional direction on toroidal housing. Proposed device is designed for use as breathing apparatus for people.
