FIELD: measurement technology.
SUBSTANCE: compensation accelerometer has first plate provided with movable member, second and third plates, ac voltage two-phase generator,, dc reference voltage source, differential capacitance converter provided with first and second capacitors formed by motionless electrodes and one movable electrode, amplifier with two opposite-phase outputs. Differential capacitance converter simulator is introduced additionally. Capacitance of the third capacitor of simulator equals to capacitance of first capacitor. Capacitance of fourth capacitor equals to capacitance of second capacitor. First output of third capacitor is connected with one output of ac voltage two-phase generator. The first output of the fourth capacitor is connected with second output of ac voltage two-phase generator. Amplifier is made of first and second ac amplifiers, differential amplifier, and phase demodulator and dc amplifier with two opposite-phase outputs. Movable electrode is connected with input of first ac amplifier. Connection point of second outputs of third and fourth capacitors is connected with input of second ac amplifier. Outputs of first and second ac amplifiers are connected to inputs of differential amplifier.
EFFECT: improved precision of measurement of acceleration.
