FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: compensation accelerometer includes first plate of single-crystal material in which immobile element, mobile element with current-conductive surfaces, differential capacitive converter with immobile electrodes on second and third plates, A C two-phase voltage generator, D C reference voltage source, amplifier with two antiphase outputs are formed. Second plate carries first and second immobile electrodes of differential capacitive converter. Third and fourth immobile electrodes are formed on third plate. One output of A C two-phase voltage generator and one output of amplifier are connected to first immobile electrode. Second output of abovementioned generator and second output of amplifier are connected to third immobile electrode. Second and fourth immobile electrodes are tied up together and are connected to input of amplifier and to D C reference voltage source. First and second, third and fourth immobile electrodes are positioned on proper plates in one-another symmetry relative to one axis or perpendicular to this axis.
