FIELD: radiotechnology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measuring nuclear emission and is designed to measuring values of ionizing radiations in individual dosimetry. Lithium fluoride is mixed with cuprous fluoride, magnesium chloride, and ammonium phosphate to give mixture, which is dried for 4 h at 80 C and then heated at 1050-1200 C for 30 min under nitrogen atmosphere and cooled for 30 min to 400 C. Resulting thermoluminescent phosphor is broken down and fraction 80-150 mesh is isolated, cooled to ambient temperature, irradiated by gamma-emission from 60Co source, annealed at 250 C for 10 min, recooled to ambient temperature, and reannealed for 0.5-3 h. EFFECT: increased intensity of thermoluminescent deexcitation in manufactured thermoluminescent detector.
