FIELD: measuring equipment, in particular, digital measurement of duration of short pulses. SUBSTANCE: device has four delay gates, loop number counter, two comparators and two resistors. Device input is connected to second input of first comparator through first delay gate and to second input of first comparator through serial circuit of first resistor and second delay gate and through second resistor, which is connected in parallel to them. First output of first comparator is connected through third delay gate to first input of second comparator. Second output of first comparator is connected to second input of second comparator directly. First output of second comparator is connected through fourth delay gate to device input. Second output of second comparator is connected to device output through counter. EFFECT: increased precision, smooth tuning of step value, possibility to measure pulse duration with non- standard amplitude level, increased range of duration of measured pulses, simplified circuit design. 2 dwg
