FIELD: plasma technology and controlled thermonuclear synthesis. SUBSTANCE: one discrete vortex as minimum traveling towards discharge gap is created in gaseous atmosphere. Electric discharge occurs when each discrete vortex, for instance , vortex ring or linear vortex, pass through discharge gap.
