FIELD: process for concentration of iron ores, may be used in mining and metallurgical industry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves grinding basic ore; providing magnetic separation of ground ore for producing of rough concentrate; providing main classification of rough concentrate and separating fine discharge and large-sized sands; providing magnetic condensation of fine discharge; providing control classification of large-sized sands; grinding control classification sands; directing condensed product of magnetic condensation process for magnetic separation; returning control classification ground sands for main classification; joining control classification discharge with condensed magnetic condensation product and directing for further magnetic separation; classifying concentrate of said separation stage in hydraulic cyclones with control classification of hydraulic cyclone sands, grinding at third grinding stage and returning control classification ground sands for classification in hydraulic cyclones.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in concentration of iron ores.
