FIELD: machine tool manufacture, namely apparatuses for cutting tubes. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes unit for mounting and centering, cutting unit mounted on hollow housing and drive unit. In cavity of housing worm gear is mounted with possibility of circular rotation relative to axis of housing by means of worm with flywheel. Cavity of housing is closed by lid with central opening having shaped slots reciprocal to opening of housing. Worm gear has openings in which axles of spring-loaded forks with cams are mounted. Cams of forks engage with shaped slots of housing and lid. On other end of forks at side of housing cavity cutting members are secured to axles mounted in sleeves. Axles of cutting members are kinematically joined with drive unit through reduction gear. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of tube cutting, simplified design of apparatus. 3 dwg
