FIELD: mine industry; breakage faces. SUBSTANCE: proposed conveyor is designed for operation in breakage faces with two cutter-loaders operating with chainless feed and it can be used for mining thin and medium seams of ores of full bedding. Face flight conveyor consists of two halves, each provided with linear and transient sections, drive sheaves with sprockets over which endless chains with flights pass. It has additional transient linear section connecting linear sections of both halves and made in form of chute with curvilinear guides for chains of conveyor upper run, straight-line guides for chains of lower run and provided with protective lip. Linear sections of one of halves are made in form of chute with guides for chains of upper and lower runs of conveyor. Guides for chains of upper run are inclined relative to guides for chains of lower run at angle exceeding slope of response of transported load, and transient section of this half of conveyor is made in form of box with window in bottom and is furnished with curvilinear guides for chains of conveyor upper run and straight-line guides for chains of lower run. EFFECT: reduced cost of coal production, increased capacity of breakage face and length of face without changing conveyor parameters, drive power and chain breaking load. 10 dwg
