SUBSTANCE: invention describes the novel iodinated halogenides of quaternary ammonium salts of the general formula (I) where X is Cl, Br, J; m = 1-2; n = 1-4; A, B, C in common with N mean residue of pyridine heterocycle (a) where values are given in point 1 of the invention claim or A, B, C in common with N mean residue of benzimidazole heterocycle (b) where values R₂ and R₃ are given in point 1 of the invention claim or A, B, C in common with N mean residue of urotropin (c) or A, B, C mean C₁-C₆-alkyl or A, B in common with N mean residue of morpholinyl (d) or A, B, C in common with N mean residue of imidazole heterocycle (e) where value R₅ is given in point 1 of the invention claim. Compounds show different pharmacologic activity, among them, antituberculosis, antiulcer, antiviral, anthelminthic ones at low level of toxicity. Invention describes also method of their synthesis and composition based on compounds of the formula (I).
