FIELD: production of allyl chloride by gas-phase chlorination of propylene at pressure and temperature of 420-470 C. SUBSTANCE: chlorination is carried out in closed reaction circuit with forced circulation of reaction gases. Gases are supplied separately with propylene-chlorine molar ratio of (1.2-3.0):1.0. Circulating gases-discharge gases volume ratio amounts to 1-30: 1. Reactor has zone of supply of initial reagents and tubular zone which form single closed circuit whose cavity accommodates devices for forced circulation, introduction of chlorine and propylene and device for discharge of gaseous products. The devices are of definite arrangement. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 1 dwg, 1 tbl, 7 ex
