FIELD: camouflage, in particular, methods for camouflage painting and camouflage article having a deforming paint, applicable in commercial manufacture of camouflage panels, capes, clothes, as well as in camouflage of equipment and structures. SUBSTANCE: it is offered to apply a set of spots, representing a half-tone raster, whose frequency is so selected that the raster elements would be perceived at observation from short distances as separate spots, and at observation from long distances they would be grouped in big blocks on the surface of the camouflaged object, camouflage article, camouflage material. EFFECT: enhanced camouflage properties, more difficult detection and location of object within a wide range of observation distances. 3 cl, 9 dwg
