FIELD: radar equipment, in particular, autonomous aircraft-borne radar systems. SUBSTANCE: device has microradars, which receiving and transmitting antennas are designed as planar microelectronics phased antenna arrays, which are flush- mounted in respective regions of aircraft housing surface, so that maximal beam direction of each antenna array in vertical plane coincides to aircraft flight plane, while maximal beam direction in horizontal plane provides monitoring of front hemisphere. In addition device has processing unit, distance indicators and sound alarms, which output alarm signals and warning signals about obstacles. EFFECT: detection of obstacles and warning aircraft crew about another aircraft or obstacle independently from presence of respective equipment on conflicting aircraft. 3 cl, 5 dwg
