Abstract RU 2150794 C1

FIELD: radio communications engineering. SUBSTANCE: process occurring in radio communication system is adapted to burst data transmission in compliance with FLOHA protocol of synchronized messages incorporating backup provision. Mobile stations of system are tailored to send access requests to base station during backup stage in mobile radio station which uses this protocol. Base station is tailored to receive access request from first mobile station and to execute it by sending channel backup message to it. Base station is tailored, in addition, to receive access request from at least second mobile station for which channel backup at the moment is impossible. According to proposed process, access request received from second mobile station is acknowledged in case channel backup cannot be executed by usual method. Acknowledgment is send in the form of access acknowledgment included in same channel backup message as that for first mobile station. In this way, access request is organized from each station of first group of mobile stations to base station in radio communication system congested at the time where there is no free channel for data transmission.
