FIELD: light industry. SUBSTANCE: material designed for finishing fancy goods, baby carriages, furniture, and also for finishing building interiors, etc. contains textile warp and polymer layer. The former has surface density 100 to 320 g/sq.m and consists of flax fibers or following mixtures of fibers: flax, cotton, and viscose at ratio (10- 50):(35-20):(55-30); flax, viscose, and polyester, (10-50):(50-30):(40-20); flax and polyester, (10-50): (90-50); flax, polyester, and cotton, (10- 50):(40-20):(50-30); flax and viscose, (10-50):(90-50); flax and cotton, (10-50):(90-50); flax, wool, and polyester, (10-50):(50-30):(40-20); flax, viscose, and polypropylene, (10-50):(70-45):(20-5). Polymer layer is composed of, wt parts: water-dispersion polymer binder 100; filler containing 3:1:1 mixture of kaolin, lithopone, and monocarboxycellulose 95-145; starch 20-45; casein 3.5-6.0 or sodium carboxymethylcellulose 5- 8; perfume oil 15-20; nonionic surfactant (OP-10 or sulfocide) 1.0-1.5 or methoupone 1.0-1.5; sodium carbonate 0.5-1.0; and water 300-450. Polymer layer is applied on one side of textile warp in one, two, or three layers in total amount from 20 to 110 g/sq.m. Invention provides three modifications of decorative layered material containing the same textile warp and different polymer layers. In one of modifications, polymer layer contains, wt parts: water-dispersion polymer binder 100; starch 100-120; filler containing 3: 1: 1 mixture of kaolin, lithopone, and monocarboxycellulose 150-170; zinc oxide 15-30; sodium chloride 6-8; and water 680-740. In another modification, polymer layer contains: water-dispersion polymer binder 100; filler containing 9:1:1 mixture of kaolin, lithopone, and monocarboxycellulose 88-110; thickeners: hypan 3-8 or sodium carboxymethylcellulose 3-8; and water 185-205. In the third modification: cellulose nitrate 100, castor oil 100-120; filler containing 1:5:1 mixture of kaolin, lithopone, and monocarboxycellulose 70-105; solvents: ethylacetate 175-190, ethanol 150-170, butyl acetate 15-20, special-type solvent 180-220. EFFECT: achieved fungal resistance with no fungicides added and increased binding strength between polymer coating and textile warp and between material and underlying surface. 8 cl, 4 tbl, 42 ex
