FIELD: textile industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fabrication of multilayer decorative textile materials designed for finishing haberdasheries, baby carriages, furniture as well as for interior finish of rooms, etc. Material contains (i) textile substrate with surface density 80-340 g/cu.m consisting of natural fibers or of natural and artificial fibers, or of natural and synthetic fibers, or of combination of natural, artificial, and synthetic fibers, and (ii) polymer coating composed of, wt parts: water-dispersible polymer binder 100, mixed filler 70-140, starch 20-45, casein 3.5-6.5, sodium carboxymethylcellulose 3.0-8.0, perfumery oil 15-20, sulfoxide 1.0-1.5 or "Metoupon" 1.0-1.5, sodium carbonate 0.5-1.0, and water, which is applied onto one side of textile substrate. Above-mentioned mixed filler consists of kaolin, clinoptilolite with density 2.3 g/cu.m, and powdered microcrystalline cellulose taken at ratio 6:3:1 and coating-caused increase in weight is 15 to 120 g/sq.m. Alternatively, coating may be composed of, wt parts: (i) water-dispersible polymer binder 100, mixed filler 150-170, starch 80-120, zinc oxide 10-30 or titanium dioxide 10-30, sodium chloride 6-8, and water 660-740 and (ii) cellulose nitrate 100, castor oil 80-120, mixed filler 50- 100, ethylacetate 175-190, ethyl alcohol 150-170, butyl acetate 15-20, recuperated product 160-220.
