LINE SECTION OF MECHANIZED COMPLEX FLIGHT CONVEYER Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: mining industry; face flight conveyers. SUBSTANCE: line section of flight conveyer had frame with facing and charging side members and with upper and lower sheets rigidly secured between side members. Inserted chute is installed on upper sheet between side members. Chute consists of bottom and two angle plates. Height of vertical web of each angle plate serving as chute side wall is less than height of chute, and it changes into other web made inclined and adjoining chute bottom. Facing and charging side members of frame are furnished with rigidly secured pressure plates. Pressure plates are installed for engagement with upper end face of corresponding vertical web of chute side wall, forming with each guide channels for conveyer pulling member. Pressure plates are made wedge - shaped on part of length pointed to chute and provided, together with angle plates, - shaped form of guide channels. Angle of impact of this form is variable. Plate is provided with minimum two projections for fastening it on charging side member by means of fasteners. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities of conveyer, simplified design of inserted chute. 2 cl, 3 dwg
