FRONTAL CLEANING OUTFIT Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: mining industry, development of blanket deposits of mineral wealth by frontal outfits. SUBSTANCE: frontal cleaning outfit includes transportation unit with cutting chain on its face side, sections of powered support coupled by hydraulic displacement jack with transportation unit and containing bases, hydraulic posts and ceilings and excavation gears. Each excavation gear comes in the form of multilink leverage linkage carrying two handles on which face ends cutting heads are anchored and which goaf ends are coupled through L-shaped rockers with rocking hydraulic jacks, platform housing rocking hydraulic jacks and manipulator. Manipulator includes rigid lever displaying shape of flat member, hydraulic feed jack and lift jack placed on face side of rigid lever. One ends of rigid lever and hydraulic lift jack are tied up to platform and ends of hydraulic feed jack are coupled to rigid jack. Other ends of rigid lever, hydraulic feed jack and hydraulic lift jack of each manipulator are fixed on face side of ceiling of section of powered support with orientation of rigid lever between hydraulic feed jack and hydraulic lift jack. Hydraulic feed jack is placed on goaf side of rigid lever and excavation gears are mounted in outfit with spacing given in formula of invention.
