FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining tropomyosin and acting antibodies level in patient blood serum by means of enzyme-multiplied immunoassay. Tropomyosin and acting dissolved in 0.005 M carbonate- bicarbonate buffer at pH 9.6 are sorbed into the cells of polystyrene plate as antigen. Tropomyosin is used in 30 mcg/ml concentration and acting in 20 mcg/ml concentration. Serum diluted with 1-2% bull serum albumin in 1:10 proportion is used as the blood serum, respectively. Simultaneous growth of level of antibodies to the mentioned muscular proteins during the first two weeks after severe trauma of extremities expressed as extinction coefficient increased from 0.1 to 0.6 and then synchronous drop of the values to the twentieth- twenty fifth day down to the donor values being observed, favorable development course is to be predicted. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of prognosis.
