Goal of invention is achieved by permanent magnetic field source, which is introduced into said circuit, which contains magnetic-field sensitive element, which is connected to signal processing circuit, which is connected to controlled buffer circuit for alteration of device characteristics depending on level of magnetic field, which is specified by source, which is inserted between output of functional circuit and external output of device. Magnetic-sensitive member is located within effective range of magnetic field source, which is hidden in device.
