FIELD: alcohol-free industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves enzymic hydrolysis of mixture of vegetable raw materials carried out by extractant. The latter contains artificial sweetener, preferably, aspartame in the amount of 0.038-0.040% from mass concentration of extractives, which are introduced together with mixture of vegetable raw materials. Hydrolysate is separated from hard phase, and liquid phase is alcoholized. The concentrated base is aged for assimilation, and then it is filtered and used for beverage preparation. Mass concentration of extractives in the base is the following, g/100 cu.cm: sweetclover herb, 2.900-3.000; thyme herb, 0.550-0.590; yarrow herb, 0.400-0.450; ginger root, 0.320-0.390; aspartame, 0.00140-0.00160. EFFECT: increased organoleptical properties and higher stability at storage of beverage. 3 ex
