FIELD: medicine; traumatology.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus contains two plates, a coupling bolt, transosseous threaded rods and the smooth guides. The solid coupling bolt is comprised by threaded axle shafts connected with a hexagonal fillet arranged between said axle shafts. The plates are cornered crosswise symmetrically at a blunt vertex angle. The internal surfaces of corner ends contain continuous round bossed rigidly flatted and enclosing the slide-fitted smooth guides. The angular points of the corners include rigid threaded bushes with reverse thread cutting and mounted axle shafts. Their threads reciprocate to those of threaded bushes. Each corner plane is provided with double-sided half-round shoulders holed to install transosseous threaded rods sliding axially and fastened. The shoulders are arranged so that their external side edge interfaces the external edge of the continuous round bosses of the corner ends. On one corner end, the shoulders are symmetric, while on opposite end one shoulder is extended axially and recessed to install and shift thetransosseous threaded rod. The extended shoulders are turned towards in-corner space. The coupling bolt joins the corners. Its axis is parallel to the guides. Their axes are parallel to the plate plane.

EFFECT: reduced operative injuries, simple apparatus application and higher comfort for the patient.
