SUBSTANCE: valve has base with central valve hole and valve membrane aligned with the latter which closes valve hole with two parallel edge zones, and zones adjacent to hole and forming the channel close hole with their middle zone uncoated with glue. To maintain safety valve opening pressure on low level and to simplify manufacture of tool for valve hole, the latter is made of two crossing circular holes passing mainly along middle zone of valve membrane uncoated with glue.
