FIELD: production of sugar. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to equipment for accelerated saturation of sugar-carrying solution used in production of sugar for inspection of degree of depletion of molasses. Device for saturation of sugar-carrying solution, predominantly molasses, includes vertical cylindrical vessel with heat-exchange jacket and lid and mobile hollow cylinder to house crystals placed uniaxially inside vessel. Upper face surface of hollow cylinder is manufactured in the form of sieve lid attached to rod by means of cross-piece. Circular clearance used for circulation of sugar-carrying solution is formed in this case between walls of cylindrical vessel and mobile hollow cylinder. EFFECT: intensification of process of saturation of sugar- carrying solution and obtainment of more accurate technological indices of saturated solution. 1 dwg
