FIELD: sugar industry.
SUBSTANCE: device include vertical cylindrical vessel with heat-exchanging coat, lid and bottom, hollow meshed cylindrical positioned inside it coaxially and with gap, used for positioning crystals inside, and vibro-drive of cylindrical with rod. Positioned on the bottom of vessel is plate of dielectric material, provided with two circular electrodes of similar area. Connected to one of electrodes is a source of sinusoidal current with frequency of 1 kHz, and to other one connected serially are first amplifier, high frequencies filter, second amplifier, linear detector, low frequencies filter and indicator.
EFFECT: invention provides control over achievement of molasses saturation moment and thus accelerates process of saturation of sugar-containing solution.
