FIELD: sugar industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves cooling molasses to supersaturated state and directing molasses flow in vertical cylindrical crystallizer through suspended layer of fine-grain filler placed into cylindrical chamber and having temperature below temperature of molasses for crystallization of sugar on surface of filler grains in the form of crystalline enclosures. Cylindrical chamber has diameter approximating that of crystallizer and is equipped with end grids having cells of size smaller than that of filler. Method further involves transmitting low-frequency vibrational motion to chamber containing filler in vertical plane for providing porosity of 0.8 of suspended filler; separating filler from molasses upon termination of crystallization process; solving crystalline enclosures of filler particles with solvent in crystallizer by providing vibratory motion chamber containing filler.
