SUBSTANCE: preparation has autologic hemopoietic stem cells separated from peripheral patient blood enriched in cells containing CD34 antigen in final concentration of (40-100)x10⁶ cells/ml. Blood enrichment is carried out by introducing granulocyte colony-stimulating factor like Neupogen in glucose solution in intermittent mode according to known scheme. Method involves applying the claimed preparation.

EFFECT: reduced tissue incompatibility and transplant rejection; enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
